The Pilgrims are looking for Ticket Office assistants to join their off-field team at Home Park.
Working in a fast-paced environment and reporting to the Ticket Office Manager, we need customer-focussed people with a confident, positive attitude.
Successful applicants must also be flexible with working hours, and available to work all home games, including night fixtures.
Key duties will include:
Dealing with customers at the at the Home Park Ticket Office and on the telephone;
Handling cash, and processing debit and credit card transactions;
Processing season-tickets; memberships; and ticket sales for match-days;
Handling match-day ticket collections.
A uniform and full training will be provided; hours of work vary, between four-eight hours per shift; and rates of pay are competitive.
Closing date for applications is Sunday, June 30; interviews will be conducted during week beginning July 8.
